By engaging with TAPESTRY, businesses are asked to commit to the following action items for their organizations:
1. Consider creation and implementation of a comprehensive DEI initiative.

2. Identify and appoint a company employee to be a leader on your company’s DEI initiative ​
3. Design success measures for your company to use as personal benchmarks for success on DEI issues.
​
4. Encourage opportunities for dialogue, engagement, and training/education surrounding diversity, equity, and inclusion for their employees.
All the signatories of the pledge must serve as leaders of their companies and commit to implementing these initiatives in their workplaces.
