By engaging with TAPESTRY, businesses are asked to commit to the following action items for their organizations:
1. Consider creation and implementation of a comprehensive DEI initiative

3. Design success measures for your company to use as personal benchmarks for success on DEI issues.
2. Identify and appoint a company employee to be a leader on your company’s DEI initiative
​
4. Encourage opportunities for dialogue, engagement, and training/education surrounding diversity, equity, and inclusion for their employees.
All the signatories of the pledge must serve as leaders of their companies and commit to implementing these initiatives in their workplaces.
A complimentary digital badge is available for any TAPESTRY Businesses wishing to display their intent to support DEI. Businesses are also welcome to print their badges and display them in their businesses.
