Ribbon Cutting Events
Red Carpet Ribbon Cutting events are held on Thursdays at 10:00 a.m. or 4:00 p.m.
Red Carpet members are encouraged to attend these events as this is where the magic happens. At Ribbon Cutting
events, you learn about what the featured business offers and you network to promote your business too!

As an Ambassador you can volunteer to be a Red Carpet Ribbon Cutting Coordinator, where you will work closely
with business partners to coordinate their Ribbon Cutting event. It’s a wonderful opportunity to meet with business owners one-on-one developing relationships and strengthening your network.
When there is a Chamber event that needs welcoming volunteers, you will see Ambassadors dressed in red helping out where needed.
Connect with your fellow Ambassadors the third Tuesday of the month where lunch is free! It’s another opportunity to connect and grow your business relationships.

During lunch, business is discussed where you learn about upcoming events and volunteer opportunities. Our Chamber liaison provides a Chamber update giving us an inside track of what’s happening in the community and the Chamber! The sponsoring business (provides the lunch) gives a business update.
Volunteer Opportunities
Ambassadors volunteer at Chamber lunches, Business After Hours, Annual Banquet, Partners in Prosperity luncheons, and other events as needed.

Beautification Awards
Three times a year the Red Carpet Committee presents the Beautification Award to businesses that have improved the aesthetics of our city through their beautification efforts.
