The Military Affairs Committee's (MAC) purpose is to maintain a harmonious and productive relationship between the community and all military units in the area, through education and troop support.

 

MAC focuses on building ties between the business community and our local military. We support the many military missions accomplished in Cheyenne, and provide support for service members, retirees and their families. Our mission is to support our troops and educate partners and community members about the importance of our military in Cheyenne.

Among the events and programs the MAC oversees are:

• Adopt an Airman Program​

• Month of the Military Child activities

• Military May celebration | Cheyenne Trophy Requirements

• Armed Forces Day BBQ

• General's Reception during Cheyenne Frontier Days

Through the last 20 years, the support of the MAC and Greater Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce has enabled a number of improvements and modernizations at both F.E. Warren AFB as well as the Wyoming National Guard.

Annual dues are $200.00, plus participation is required. Meets monthly, location varies. MAC members receive discounted rate for monthly luncheons plus invitations to exclusive military events throughout the year.
